The Vision
How it all began
Romstal's local expertise and Valsir's Italian manufacturing experience laid the foundations of a clear vision, one that underpins a company with 4 factories and 10 locations, present in Romania and Ukraine. At that time, there was hope for a European path for Romania, which was eventually to join the European structures.

Valrom Industrie is founded, laying the foundations of one of the most important Romanian companies in the field of systems for water, gas and sewerage infrastructure.

In 2005, Valrom develops and patents the silver-ion tank, an innovative solution that preserves the quality of stored water and limits bacterial growth, for added protection.

The modernisation of the production lines enables the development of the WaterPRO and GasPRO pipe ranges, made in multiple layers for superior resistance to scratching, puncture and mechanical stress.

Since 1996, five people have been part of the Valrom story: Cătălin-Dan Coraci, Alin-George Loghin, Bogdan Tătaru, Gabriel Talpiga and Ingrid-Ana Czigler. For 30 years, we have been growing together.

The warehouse moves to a site 10 times larger, at Bd. Preciziei 38, and the implementation of SAP S4/HANA and WMS optimises stock, traceability and logistics flows.

Every Valrom system begins with the selection and controlled feeding of raw materials. This is the first step through which the quality and performance of the future product are ensured right from the start.

The first extrusion line produces HDPE pipes for water and gas, gradually replacing metal solutions and supporting the introduction of plastics into technical regulations.

Processes: extrusion
The raw material becomes a system.
Through extrusion, the raw material is transformed into pipes and components that will become part of water, gas, sewerage or heating infrastructure. It is one of the most important processes in Valrom's production.

2000
Moving the HDPE and grey PP extrusion lines to Bd. Preciziei 28, into a space three times larger, allows production to expand and logistics capacity to grow.

Processes: injection moulding and fittings
Precision for compatibility
Fittings are the elements that connect and complete Valrom systems. Through injection moulding technology we obtain precise, compatible and reliable components for every application.

2001
The move to the new headquarters at Bd. Preciziei 28 allows processing technologies to be expanded and the first department dedicated to the production of injection-moulded fittings to be launched. Valrom introduces Rotomoulding technology and begins production of rotomoulded tanks and sewer manholes.

Large-scale solutions
Rotomoulding technology makes it possible to produce tanks and manholes in polyethylene or polypropylene, used in residential, industrial and municipal applications. It completes the range of Valrom systems dedicated to modern infrastructure.

Valrom introduces Rotomoulding technology and begins production of rotomoulded tanks and sewer manholes.
